Our story

Orange Cat Beard Co. started in a kitchen, with one stubborn beard, one orange cat and a stack of carrier oils that mostly smelled like salad.

A few hundred batches later the salad is gone and the recipes are short: jojoba, argan, a little beeswax and essential oils measured by the drop. Every jar is poured, capped and labeled by hand.

The cat is named Marmalade. He supervises, contributes fur and appears on the label. Everything else is done by people.
